ABOUT KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual practice that aims at activating and cultivating your innate creative potential and use it for the benefit of all. This type of yoga offers you the opportunity to stimulate your nervous, glandular and muscular system and tranquilise your mind when that tries to control you and your decisions based on fear, guilt, obsessions and all types of attitudes that generate physical and mental toxicity. Kundalini Yoga has been introduced to the occidental world by Yogi Bhajan, a Hindu master who has influenced and inspired many groups in America and the whole world.
The basic practices of Kundalini Yoga are:
Pranayama: The art and science of breathing related to balancing the vital energy of our body (prana).
Kriya: The conscious practice of a physical exercise series, breathing, and sound (mantras) fused in order to lead the practitiones to a particular physical and mental state eg.stimulate digestion and give a clear action-oriented mind.
Meditation: A state of complete silence that leads us to a deep connexion with elevated states of consicousness.In order to achieve this state we rely on certain techniques that permit us to travel in the territory of the mind,explore and realise its recurrent toxic patterns and transform their flow towards a balanced mental state.
KUNDALINI YOGA AND ART FESTIVAL
Starting from September 2013, we have created this festival as a platform that joins kundalini yoga with different artistic practices aiming at fusing the innate spirit of this kind of yoga with art. We consider that both practices are powerful agents of deepening into human nature,realising our innate potential,cultivating it and using it as a means of personal and social change.For more information about this initiative please consult the following links:

KUNDALINI YOGA FULL MOON MEDITATION
Here you have some instants from the spring fair and the Kundalini Yoga full moon meditation I´ve shared at the ayurveda centre of Dr Bharat Negi in April 2018, in Valencia, Spain.
MEDITERRANEAN YOGA CONGRESS
On the 10th of February 2018, I´ve had the joy to share a presentation at the Mediterranean Yoga Congress in Valencia-Spain, under the theme “Yoga and Creative Expression”. During the presentation we practiced Kundalini Yoga as a psycho-physical preparation and then we proceeded to do a meditative improvised dance as a continuation of the preparation and a means not only to experience separately but also to share from a meditative and open state.
KUNDALINI YOGA KIRTANS
One of my favourite ways to share is by playing percussion and singing in devotional concerts and sadhanas (morning yoga practices). It is really uplifting to experience and share the effect of the sacred sound, accompanied by the instruments. You can feel how the energy of each and every participant unites with each other and creates a feeling of unseparateness and bliss.
KUNDALINI YOGA FOR ARTISTS
Being an artist myself and having personally experienced the benefits of Kundalini Yoga at all levels of my life and art, I regularly give classes for artists in groups of individually. You see, it is a powerful means for profoundly connecting with your creative potencial and finding the courage to project it without being subject to what others will say.
Kundalini Yoga helps create physical, mental and spiritual stamina. It gives you the perseverance to complete what you have started, keeps you calm and present, insightful and easy going, so as to be able to work in group and alone.
It flexibilises your body and mind, helps you aquire access to the world of inspiring ideas and ground them, be content and contained.
KUNDALINI YOGA SUPPORTING SOCIAL CAUSES
The aim of yoga is to help us align with cosmic laws and experience the fulfillment of our soul. One way this can be attained is by serving others. From now and then I collaborate with different entities in order to support together social causes by offering Kundalini Yoga practices. An example of that is my collaboration with Childsrights, a non profit organisation that supports street children in Rajasthan, India.
KUNDALINI YOGA AT ECO-GENRE MEETING
This meeting that took place at the faculty of fine arts, politechnic university of Valencia, in the spring of 2013. It´s main theme has been ecologic consciousness through genre and the contact with Mother earth. The programme consisted of performances,discussions, and a kundalini yoga meditation. The meditation chosen was one dedicated to the Mother earth generating a sense of connexion with her and protection.The participants were mainly artists and activists.
