TELL YOUR FUCKING TRUTH
I have seen miracles happen, when people just tell the truth.
Not the ‘nice’ truth.
Not the truth that seeks to please or comfort.
But the wild truth. The feral truth.
The inconvenient truth.
The tantric truth. The ‘fucking’ truth.
The truth you’re afraid to tell.
The horrible truth about yourself
that you hide in order to ‘protect’ others.
To avoid being ‘too much’.
To avoid being shamed and rejected.
To avoid being seen.
The truth of your deepest feelings:
The rage you have been concealing, controlling, pasting over.
The terrors you do not want to speak.
The sexual urges you’ve been trying to numb.
The primal longings you cannot bear to articulate.
Finally, the defences break down,
and this ‘unsafe’ material emerges
from deep within the unconscious.
You can’t hold it back anymore.
The image of the ‘good boy’ or ‘nice girl’ evaporates.
The ‘perfect one’, the ‘one who has it all figured out’,
the ‘evolved one’, these images burn.
You tremble, you sweat, you come close to vomiting,
you think you might die doing it,
but finally you tell the fucking truth,
the truth you are deeply ashamed of.
Not the abstract truth. Not the ‘spiritual’ truth.
Not a carefully-worded truth designed to prevent offence.
Not a neatly-packaged truth.
But a messy, fiery, sloppy human truth.
A bloody, passionate, provocative, sensual,
untamed and unvarnished mortal truth.
A shaky, sticky, sweaty, vulnerable truth.
The truth of how you feel.
The truth that lets another person see you in the raw.
The truth that makes one gasp.
The truth that makes your heart pound.
This is the truth that will set you free.
I have seen chronic depressions and life-long anxieties lift overnight.
I have seen deeply embedded traumas evaporate.
I have seen fibromyalgia, life-long migraines, chronic fatigue, unbearable back pain, bodily tension, stomach disorders, vanish, never to return.
Of course, the ‘side-effects’ of truth aren’t always this dramatic.
And we don’t step into our truth with a result in mind.
But think of the massive amounts of energy it must take
to repress our animal wildness,
numb our feral nature,
suppress our rage, tears and terror,
uphold a false image, and pretend to be ‘okay’.
Think of all the tension we hold in the body,
and the damage it does to our immune systems,
when we live in fear of ‘coming out’.
Take the risk of telling your truth.
The truth you are afraid to tell.
The truth you fear will make the world run.
Find a safe person – a friend, a therapist, a counsellor, yourself –
and let them in. Let them hold you as you break down.
Let them love on you
as you weep, rage, quake with fear,
and generally make a mess.
Tell your fucking truth to someone – it might just save your life, heal you from deep within, and connect you to humanity in ways you never imagined.

UNLEASH YOUR SOVEREIGNTY!
Dear all, here you have a potent yoga practice that helps keep up. It works on the Radiant Body which is the ballance and projection of all 6 energy bodies of our system. It is scientifically supported that illness is first manifested in our electromagnetic field. Working on our energy is a fantastic way for preventing it from entering our body. This series gives us a fortified nervous system, cleansed vital organs, a calm mind and an attitude of sovereign courage.
The virus is called “Corona” (=crown) and it´s an invitation to stand up to our sovereignty, that is, our authenticity, that crown which is so eager to get uncovered by the lies we´ve been telling to ourselves for centuries. Enough with playing small, enough with delivering our power to others, enough with pretending that we are others than we really are!!
Now we have some long days enclosed in our homes, nothing guarranteed, and that´s a great opportunity to FEEL what really matters and take a total responsibility of our heart and actions.
Sending you all a big sovereign hug 👑
INSIGHTS ON SISTERHOOD, AN OFFERING TO THE GREAT GODDESS
By Eirini Delaki ©
Here I´m sharing an article on Sisterhood, published by the Feminism and Religion blog:
Today and every day, may each atom of your body dance to the rhythm of the spheres revealing the magnificence that you are to you and to all existence, and giving you the courage to BE the vastness of the untamed soul.
~ Eirini Delaki
Unless you reclaim your innocence and vulnerabiliy, you cannot meet freedom. Conscious innocence and vulnerability are keys to the vastness of existence…
Some offer their masks through fire,
I offer them through water
The cleansing melting tears,
onto the earth
as they carry my masks
to the alchemical space
of gut knowledge
that is transported through the wind
to the high ethers
to the Mother´s womb
to be transformed into pure light.
~ Eirini Delaki
THE FIERCE ASPECT OF THE DIVINE FEMININE
Unfortunately in very few cultures the Fierce Goddess archetype is still preserved, like Kali in India or Pele in Hawai, and that´s because the image of it reflects our deepest fears. However, that very cosmic aspect is a prerequisite for the soul´s individuation and a gate to a deeply benevolent quality of the Universe. It reflects our deepest fears and at the same time it is an invitation to face them and courageously cross that gate in order to find the treasure that lies behind ; and that treasure is Peace…Peace in us and peace in the world, because once you identify with the essence of the Fierce Feminine, you cannot do otherwise than face each and every illusion as veils that you wish to be removed in order to establish an honest and essential connection to your primal, pure, quintessential power;to stay naked in your truth and be not beautiful, but real…In that honesty is where beauty lies, a beauty that has been neglected for centuries because it does not fit with the convenient (for men and women) princess archetype that calls for a savior and ends up in a palace decorating a throne.
Fiercely Loving ❣
WHAT WAS SAID TO THE ROSE
What was said to the rose that made it open
was said to me here in my chest.
What was told to the cypress that made it strong
and straight , what was
whispered to the jasmine so it is what it is, whatever made
sugarcane sweet, whatever
was said to the inhabitants of the town of Chigil in
Turkestan that makes them
so handsome, whatever lets the pomegranate flower blush
Like a human face, that is
being said to me now. Whatever put eloquence in
language, that’s happening here.
The great warehouse doors open; I fill with gratitude,
Chewing a piece of sugarcane,
In love with the One to whomever that belongs!
Today, INTERNATIONAL WOMEN´S DAY I would like to make an offering.
I want to express my gratitude to all those WOMEN AND MEN who:
* Do not take for granted that they know women / men no matter how much experience they have had in relationships and in life.
* Know how to listen from their guts.
* Do not believe they can handle everything.
* Work on patience and tolerance with themselves and with others accepting that, after all, we all fail sometimes or rather many times.
* Do not try to be beautiful, handsome, cool but real.
* Are committed to respect and love themselves in order to become able to love another person in a respectful, natural and cheerful way.
* Whose goal is their own bliss and that of others.
* Accept the diverse nature of each being and learn to Be within such diversity.
* Leave space to the unknown every single day and consider each new day as an opportunity to learn what the great teacher (life) brings us.
* They have passion and vocation for their tasks and share from that perspective.
* Follow their call in this life despite the difficulties, the loneliness and the madness that this often entails.
* Know that their contribution in this world, no matter how small, is something that can influence its course and they channel their strength likewise; Imagine if these forces come together!
* Always keep alive that child curiosity for what will happen next in life.
* They know that love is not about romanticism but about full acceptance of what is in us and in others, they start from this firm base and then they fly, create and expand their gifts in the world.
* Laugh heartily and take life with a sense of humor.
* Do not separate between women, men, races, ethnic groups etc, and therefore, they do not relate to people; they relate to Souls ❤
LOVE IS… YOU
Love is not something you search for.
Love is not something you wait for.
Love is not coming ‘one day’.
Love won’t ride in on horseback.
You can’t manipulate someone to get their love.
You can’t manipulate yourself either.
If you can win love, it’s not trustable.
If you can lose love, it’s not really love.
Love is here, neither found nor lost.
The more desperately you seek love
the more you communicate to the universe
that you are unworthy of it.
Your job is not to seek love, then,
but to be it,
know it as your essence,
feel it infuse your very being,
hear it drip from your in-breath,
and shimmer through your out-breath.
Call off the search. Love is You.
~ Jeff Foster
When soul pieces are being reintegrated during their journey back Home, the moment of reunion between each piece and the Soul is like an inward birth; it is painful at the beginning, but afterwards a sensation of peace and expansion is created, that lies in the experience of the Soul´s Integrity.

A WILD WOMAN – by Eirini Delaki
A Wild Woman is not an agressive woman. The wilder she is, the nobler she is since the wisdom of the wild nature is the obedience to the Universal Laws. It is knowing how to respect her natural cycles as an essential reflexion of Nature. A Wild Woman doesn´t need to be agressive because, since she takes refuge in her deep feminine nature, she doesn´t see enemies. Not that she can´t detect the others´or her own innate oppressor´s sabotaging intentions; it´s just that she decides not to give them power knowing deep in her soul what really matters…
PRAYER FOR SOMEONE WHO CAUSED HARM
by Eirini Delaki
Wish you peace at heart wish you peace at mind
Your frustration and fear let them no more guide.
Let them no more your life´s thread unfold
And within your cupped hands a flame hold.
The flame that will burn your fictitious prison
And will make your heart cry for barely no reason.
And will make the ice melt and turn into a river
That will lead you back Home and will soothe all your fever.
by Eirini Delaki
I cannot contain what I feel for You
It expands and expands like the water of a river reaching its delta
And feeling awe before merging into the sea.
My breath is taken away, tears jump from my eyes
Dropping rhythmically into the vast ocean of gratitude
And expanding towards the endless horizon.
The rhythm becomes stronger and stronger
Goes up from de depths of the Timeless to my head
Buzzing like the chant of a sacred bee.
A melody evolves the rhythm
and together they uplift me to another land
where there´s no you and me
There´s no past, present and future
There is only FOREVER.

THE WOLF´S EYLASH
by C.P. Estes
If you don’t go out in the woods, nothing will ever happen and your life will never begin.
“Don’t go out in the woods, don’t go out,” they said.
“Why not? Why should I not go out in the woods tonight?” she asked.
“A big wolf lives there who eats humans such as you. Don’t go out in the woods, don’t go out. We mean it.”
Naturally she went out. She went out in the woods anyway, and of course she met the wolf, just as they had warned her.
“See, we told you,” they crowed.
“This is my life, not a fairy tale, you dolts,” she said. “I have to go to the woods, and I have to meet the wolf, or else my life will never begin.”
But the wolf she encountered was in a trap, in a trap this wolf’s leg was in.
“Help me, oh help me! Aieeeee, aieeee, aieeee!” cried the wolf. “Help me, oh help me!” he cried, “and I shall reward you justly.” For this is the way of wolves in tales of this kind.
“How do I know you won’t harm me?” she asked–it was her job to ask questions. “How do I know you will not kill me and leave me lying in my bones?”
“Wrong question,” said this wolf. “You’ll just have to take my word for it.” And the wolf began to cry and wail once again and more.
“Oh, aieee! Aieeee! Aieeee!
There’s only one question
worthy asking fair maiden,
“Oh you wolf, I will take a chance. Alright, here!” And she sprang the trap and the wolf drew out its paw and this she bound with herbs and grasses.
“Ah, thank you kind maiden, thank you,” sighed the wolf. And because she had read too many of the wrong kind of tales, she cried, “Go ahead and kill me now, and let us get this over with.”
But no, this did not come to pass. Instead this wolf put his paw upon her arm.
“I’m a wolf from another time and place,” said he. And plucking a lash from his eye, he gave it to her and said, “Use this, and be wise. From now on you will know who is good and not so good; just look through my eyes and you will see clearly.
For letting me live,
I bid you live
in a manner as never before.
Remember, there’s only one question
worthy asking fair maiden,
And so she went back to her village,
happy to still have her life.
And this time as they said,
“Just stay here and be my bride,”
or “Do as I tell you,”
or “Say as I want you to say,
and remain as unwritten upon
as the day you came,”
she held up the wolf’s eyelash
and peered through
and saw their motives
as she had not seen them before.
And the next time
the butcher weighed the meat,
she looked through her wolf’s eyelash
and saw that he weighed his thumb too.
And she looked at her suitor
who said “I am so good for you,”
and she saw that her suitor
was so good for exactly nothing.
And in this way and more,
she was saved,
from not all,
but from many
But more so, in this new seeing, not only did she see the sly and cruel, she began to grow immense in heart, for she looked at each person and weighed them anew through this gift from the wolf she had rescued.
And she saw those who were truly kind
and went near to them,
and found her mate
and stayed all the days of her life,
she discerned the brave
and came close to them,
she apprehended the faithful
and joined with them,
she saw bewilderment under anger
and hastened to soothe it,
she saw love in the eyes of the shy
and reached out to them,
she saw suffering in the stiff-lipped
and courted their laughter,
she saw need in the man with no words
and spoke for him,
she saw faith deep in the woman,
who said she had none,
and rekindled hers from her own.
She saw all things
with her lash of wolf
all things true,
and all things false,
all things turning against life
and all things turning toward life,
all things seen only
through the eyes of that
which weighs the heart with heart,
and not with mind alone.
This is how she learned that it is true what they say, that the wolf is the wisest of all. If you listen closely, the wolf in its howling is always asking the most important question–not where is the next food, not where is the next fight, not where is the next dance?—
but the most important question
in order to see into and behind,
to weigh the value of all that lives,
Where is the soul?
Where is the soul?
Go out in the woods, go out. If you don’t go out in the woods, nothing will ever happen and your life will never begin.
Go out in the woods,
Go out in the woods,
Go out in the woods,
DURING RAINY DAYS

LONELINESS AND ALONESS
There´s a big difference between being lonely and being alone. Feeling lonely is a state that can lead to non-creative melancholy, depression and furstration, whereas feeling alone can be an uplifting state during which one experiences such a meaningful silence that, that same silence speaks to them….and it speaks of the soul. In that aloness we actually have such an acute capacity to listen, that we are capable of connecting to that inherent guide in such a way that we´ll tend to look for that aloness again and again because we know that it is a door to the vastness of existence. Is it by chance that the word “alone” comes from the concept “All One”?
Below there are some reflexions on the subject by Rainer Maria Rilke:
“Therefore, dear Sir, love your solitude and try to sing out with the pain it causes you. For those who are near you are far away… and this shows that the space around you is beginning to grow vast.
Be happy about your growth, in which of course you can’t take anyone with you, and be gentle with those who stay behind; be confident and calm in front of them and don’t torment them with your doubts and don’t frighten them with your faith or joy, which they wouldn’t be able to comprehend.
Seek out some simple and true feeling of what you have in common with them, which doesn’t necessarily have to alter when you yourself change again and again; when you see them, love life in a form that is not your own and be indulgent toward those who are growing old, who are afraid of the aloneness that you trust.
And don’t expect any understanding; but believe in a love that is being stored up for you like an inheritance, and have faith that in this love there is a strength and a blessing so large that you can travel as far as you wish without having to step outside it.”
